Solutions · Learning and Field Education
You taught it once. Nobody can tell you whether it reached the floor.
You are asked to prove the return on education and given attendance data to do it with. Meanwhile the training is delivered on one morning and never reinforced, and the ramp of every new hire depends on who happened to sit next to them.
What you get
Transfer, reinforcement, ramp, and a budget you can defend.
Education ROI in outcome data
Every module maps to behaviours that are measured on the floor. You can show that the behaviour you taught in March is being performed in April, by which associates, in which doors.
Reinforcement after the training day
A two-minute prompt each morning, drawn from a colleague at the same fascia doing the same thing well. This is the part your LMS was never able to deliver.
Compressed ramp
A new hire learns the conversation from the people who already run it well in their own store, in their own market, in their own language. Ramp is where the money is in any high-turnover floor.
A defensible budget
When training is cut first, it is because nobody could show transfer. Completion and quiz data measure attendance. Behaviour movement measures whether the teaching reached a customer.
Measurement for co-funding brand partners
Where brands co-fund education, you can show them floor-level evidence that their launch language was actually said at a counter. They have never had that, and it changes the renewal conversation.
The reinforcement, as an associate sees it
Today's prompt
Northgate Fine Jewelers, Store 14
Yesterday: 9 conversations. 6 were eligible for a second-pair offer. You made 2.
Here's how Marcus opens it, 22 seconds.
Sample data on a sample playbook. Two minutes, once a morning, before the doors open.
In practice
What this changes in your week
The week after a launch training, you open a view that shows which of the trained behaviours are appearing in real conversations, by door and by advisor. Not attendance. Not a quiz score. The thing itself.
You stop designing content in the dark. The behaviours with the widest gap between your top quartile and your median are the ones worth a module, and the ones already at ninety percent are not. Your content roadmap becomes a consequence of measurement rather than a guess refreshed annually.
Your best material stops being written by you. The clip that teaches a step-up conversation is a recording of an associate two stores over doing it well, which is more credible on the floor than any produced video and costs nothing to make.
When the budget conversation comes, you are not defending an investment on faith. You are showing which modules moved behaviour, which did not, and what the movement was worth in the stores where it happened.
