Platform
Capture the conversation. Score it against your playbook. Coach it the next morning.
Gaincraft is one loop with four steps, built for the consultative sale at a counter. This page is the overview; each step has a page of its own.
No voiceprints. Audio processed on Gaincraft infrastructure. See the Trust Center for security and compliance.
The loop
One loop, running every day the store is open.
Capture, understand, coach, prove. Each step is a page of its own, and each one is a condition for the next.
01
Capture
Issued hardware at the counter, armed only during rostered hours and only on the registered store network. Voice-activity gating means ambient store noise is never uploaded, and a non-defeatable indicator means the device cannot record covertly.
Capture02
Understand
Speech recognition and diarization tuned for floor acoustics, multi-party handling for the spouse and the parent who came along, and speaker roles assigned from seat and shift rather than from a voiceprint. Audio is processed on Gaincraft infrastructure.
Intelligence03
Coach
One prompt the next morning, denominated in dollars, delivered where associates already work. One behavior, one clip from the store’s own top performer, under two minutes. Any score can be disputed, and disputes are reviewed.
Coaching04
Prove
Weekly scorecards by store, district and associate, with behavior-level hit rates and a clip behind every number. Managers agree or disagree with scores, and that review loop improves the taxonomy over time.

Capability matrix
Who sees what.
Access is scoped by role. An associate sees their own conversations; a district leader sees behavior rates, not a raw feed.
| Capability | Associate | Store leader | District and above | L&D | Legal and IT | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Daily coaching prompt | Private to the associate and their store leader. | |||||
| Conversation transcript and clips | Associates see their own conversations only. | |||||
| Behavior hit rates by associate | Own scores for the associate, full store for the leader. | |||||
| Weekly store and district scorecard | Rolled up by behavior, not only by revenue. | |||||
| Top-performer clip library | Built from the client’s own best sellers. | |||||
| Score dispute and manager review | Every dispute is reviewed by a human. | |||||
| Peak-season readiness view | Behavior readiness ahead of the season, by store. | |||||
| Capture and consent log | Which counters captured, when, under what notice. | |||||
| Retention and deletion controls | Retention window is configured by the customer. | |||||
| Audit export and DPA artifacts | For internal audit and privacy review. |
