Case studies
Pilots and engagements, stated as they are.
Everything on this page reflects real status: a pilot in progress says so, and a result appears only when it has been measured and the retailer has approved it.
No testimonials are shown, because we would be writing them. No outcome number appears on a pre-publication entry.
Design partner programme
Where we are, honestly.
Gaincraft is early. There is no logo wall on this page because we have not earned one, and there are no testimonials because we will not write them ourselves. What exists is a design partner programme with a fixed number of slots.
4
of 6 design partner slots remaining. 2 are engaged, and both are anonymised at the retailer’s request.
What a partner gets
- Pilot pricing held for the first two years, with the behaviour taxonomy built around your playbook rather than ours.
- Direct access to the founding team, including the person who designed the scoring model, for the length of the programme.
- A matched-cohort readout you own, whether or not the number flatters us, and whether or not you ever let us publish it.
- The right to stay anonymous permanently. Anonymity is the default and being named is an opt-in.
What we ask in return
- POS or DMS access at ticket level, because without it nothing can be proven.
- One district or region, not one store, and not a chain-wide rollout.
- A named operations owner and a legal review started in parallel, not afterwards.
The current set
Every engagement we have, stated as it is.
Where a partner is anonymised, the vertical and the door count band are still stated, because without those two facts an anonymised entry proves nothing.
Multi-door jewellery retailer, India
Fine Jewelry · [CONFIRM: door count band]
Anonymised at the retailer’s request. Vertical and door count are stated, because that is what makes it credible.
Behaviours being measured
Occasion discovery · Budget framing · Diamond and solitaire step-up · Trade-in and upgrade offer · Care plan attach · Close and follow-up commitment
No outcome number is shown, because the pilot has not produced a verified one.
