Careers
Small team, specific work.
We are not going to describe this as a rocket ship. It is a company putting hardware on retail counters, writing behaviour definitions carefully, and asking legal reviewers hard questions early.
Open roles are listed below and marked [CONFIRM] where the posting is not yet final. When there is nothing open, this page will say so.

Honestly
Four things to know before applying.
- This is an early company. The work is unglamorous in the specific way early hardware-and-software companies are: store visits, mounting brackets, signage placement, definitions rewritten because the floor disagreed with them.
- We hire retail operators as well as engineers. Someone who has run a district, managed a jewellery salon, or trained a beauty counter changes this product more than another backend hire would, and those roles are not junior here.
- You will meet real associates and you will hear them object. Anyone unwilling to sit behind a counter for a day is a poor fit regardless of function.
- We publish our method, including where it is weak. That standard applies internally: readouts that do not support the story get presented anyway.
The clearest picture of how we work is the pilot playbook. If that reads like a place you want to spend a year, apply.
