Gaincraft

Industries

Six verticals where the conversation is the product.

Gaincraft is built for high-ticket retail where a customer and an associate talk for half an hour and the outcome turns on how that conversation was run. The economics, the behaviors and the buyers differ in each one, so each vertical has its own page rather than a shared brochure.

Fine jewelry is our deepest vertical. Automotive is the one where we are the challenger, and we say so on that page.

Honest fit

Where Gaincraft fits best and where it does not.

A short list, because a mismatch wastes six months of everybody’s time and ends in a cancelled program.

The qualifying profile

  • Chains of ten or more doors, where a behavior change is worth the cost of measuring it.
  • Commissioned or spiff-driven floor staff, so an associate has a personal reason to open a coaching prompt.
  • Consultative conversations over five minutes, because a thirty-second transaction has no coachable structure.
  • Central control over floor process, so a behavior playbook can actually be set and held.

Where we are the wrong answer

  • Single stores and small independents. The measurement overhead is not worth it, and we will say so on the first call.
  • Fast transactional retail — grocery, convenience, quick service. There is no consultative conversation to score.
  • Franchise networks with no central authority over floor process, where nobody can mandate a playbook or a pilot.
  • Uncommissioned hourly floor staff with no stake in the sale, where a daily prompt has nothing to attach to.
  • Retailers who will not share POS or CRM data. Attribution is impossible, so the pilot cannot be proven.
  • Anyone looking to record staff or customers without telling them. That is not what this is, and the hardware cannot do it.
