GainCraft's consent model is notice-based, mirroring the CCTV signage stores already deploy.

Notices are placed at store entry and at the counter. Reps opt in via employment terms. Customers may object at any point and are excluded from processing on request.

Every deployment is reviewed by the brand's local counsel before rollout.
